Interview Research:

 Techniques to use in order to achieve a successful interview-

Typical questions to ask
Why did you apply for an occupation in this field?
What kind of expertise can your candidacy offer?
Who has inspired you to pursue ' said ' career pathway?
Where did you learn your trade?

To compliment your answers during an interview;
you may adopt the S.T.A.R method conveying your intentions;
Situation.
Task.
Action.
Result.

1) A brief breakdown of the situation, sieving through the point, separating fact & fiction and exampling, prior knowledge that benefits the answer & wit in your responses.

2) The ' Task ' would be to propose a mock-scenario and offer a meticulously, devised solution this must be viable and is important to factor in the real world constraints, whether that be logistically or financially for example. These would act as mitigates in any potential  mock-scenario.

3) For action, the solution has more or less been addressed in the latter bullet point but the ' action ' is an act of convincing your interviewer that what they asked has been answered in enough depth and satisfies the loose agenda.

4) ' Result ' is more a role of analysing and going over what has been said during the duration of interview, a time for reference or general summary to finish on a natural slope. Following the steps chronologically will benefit the quality of cut immensely. Freer flowing dialogue amongst many more features.
Finally, the (USP)  Unique. Selling. Point rises, because of the structure and the industry likeness achieved in post-production.

Behaviours and Traits analysed:

Posture- During an interview that is effective the interviewee holds a good position, if conducted sat down, they sit up straight and not hunched over awkwardly.
Eye Contact- This is essential to a good interview because it displays you are paying attention and listening attentively. Nothing worse than somebody being disinterested.
